Product introduction: YG-YMT06 series ink is a high-performance halogen-free metal ink developed for electronic products. The dried film has good adhesion and chemical resistance, and has high surface hardness and wear resistance.

Product application:
Mixing: please fully mix before use
Usage: add thinner to proper viscosity according to construction conditions. It is recommended to add about 10% of YG-T2 as thinner and 5% as curing agent. Proportion: ink YG-YMT06: diluent YG-T2: curing agent YG-G100=100:10:5 (diluent shall be increased or decreased as appropriate according to product needs). In order to ensure that the environmental protection indicators of printed products meet the standards, it is recommended to use YG-T2 as screen washing water and use new screen/steel plate for printing. Otherwise, it is recommended to use YG-T2 to clean and dry the screen before printing.
Drying conditions: self drying at room temperature for 24 hours or baking at 80 ° for 80 minutes
Shelf life: the shelf life of the ink is 6 months before it is unsealed, 0.5 months after it is unsealed for a single can, and 4 hours after the ink is prepared with diluent.
